We worked with the City of Richmond to evaluate a 3.3 acre parcel of land at the city’s northern edge that is being prepared to be sold to developers. The Sexsmith Park and Ride is a valuable piece of property in the West Cambie area of Richmond that’s surrounded by residential and commercial developments. Currently, it’s owned by Translink and operated as a public park-and-ride facility, with space for 400 personal vehicles as well as bus storage.
We studied the property as well as all relevant municipal planning documents to provide a comprehensive 23-page overview of the planning, engineering and development considerations for interested parties to review before considering purchasing the parcel of land.
