Penticton Affordable Housing

Urban Systems provided both Civil Engineering and Landscape Architectural consulting services from concept development through to project construction and completion. The four-storey apartment building with surface parking features accessible family units, two retail commercial units, and outdoor Landscape Architecture feature projects including shortcut public amenity space with a play area and structure, community planting beds, storage shed, patio space, and garden beds providing seasonal colour and interest. This non-market housing project was a partnership between the Province, the City of Penticton, and the Penticton and District Society for Community Living.
