Our Land Economics team provided retail consulting to the Transit Oriented Development / Special Projects division of the City of Calgary regarding the retail component of the proposed Anderson Station redevelopment plan. The work undertaken included:
- A competitive retail market update, focusing on key competitive nodes (current and planned).
- An analysis of critical success factors for retail at Anderson station, and potential strengtsh/weaknesses of the two conceptual plans.
- Site planning recommendations for optimization of the final retail program.
