Our Land Economics team completed a Highest and Best Use Study for their lands adjacent to Highway 99 and Seton Lake, between Pemberton and Lillooet. The lands included some archeological sites, and the lakefront location made tourism accommodations a potential viable use. The team reviewed the viability for tourism accommodation including cabins, tiny homes, ‘glamping sites’, a campground and a hotel. The study also reviewed the potential for a gas station, and highway associated retail.
