Roberts Bank Trade Area Study

The Roberts Bank Trade Area spans Delta, Tsawwassen First Nation, Surrey, the Township of Langley, the City of Langley, and Abbotsford, and includes port and industrial lands that matter regionally, provincially, and nationally. This study aims to improve how goods move by road and rail through the area while addressing impacts on the communities along the way. It systematically identifies and evaluates candidate locations and projects to improve network performance and support trade growth. Working with CH2M Hill, Urban Systems provides strategic guidance, inter-agency consultation, and support for interest holders, along with conceptual design, cost estimating, and evaluation of grade separations at key locations.
