WaterWolf Asset Management

The WaterWolf District Planning Commission brings together communities in west central Saskatchewan to share services, from community planning and resource management to capacity building. To meet the requirements of the Municipal Gas Tax Fund Agreement, each member community needed to create and carry out its own asset management and infrastructure financing plan. Urban Systems facilitated a series of workshops and provided technical support to each community's lead as they developed their individual plans. Working through the process together helped participants understand the full range of assets they manage, build their skills in asset management and infrastructure financing, and strengthen relationships among the WaterWolf communities.
