Westwood Street Rail Corridor Improvements

We partnered with the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority to develop the road/rail grade separation concepts at Westwood Street and Kingsway Avenue on the border of Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam. This involved recurring and direct engagement with Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and staff to present and refine working concepts, define critical physical constraints, determine key objectives (nice-to-haves vs. need-to-haves), develop acceptable design criteria, and formulate an agreed-upon Multiple Accounts Framework to evaluate concepts. It also involved leading a series of stakeholder workshops during the process.
