BRIDGING THE CAPACITY GAP

Urban’s relationship with Vanscoy underscores our commitment to our clients short and long term goals. Leveraging the expertise of team members who have deep understanding of official community plans and zoning bylaws, we help fill gaps for the Rural Municipality of Vanscoy, serving as in house support and counsel for development applications, rezoning, and charting a path forward for the community to experience a resurgence. All of this was done, however, with an eye to the future—helping build capacity in existing staff, and facilitating a recruitment and selection process for a permanent planner for the municipality.
