Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge

The Jack Tennant Memorial Bridge and James Walker Trail are the largest combined capital project in the Town of Cochrane's history, built to meet the transportation needs of a fast-growing population. Urban Systems worked with the Town to build a thorough risk assessment process through a series of collaborative workshops. Together, the team challenged the traditional approach to procuring construction contracts. The new model worked well enough that the Town has since used it for two more construction projects, both managed by Urban Systems.
